This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for industrial powder coating and finishing operations, leading equipment selection, process design, and line optimization for a new manufacturing campus. The position involves driving capital projects, implementing Lean and safety standards, and collaborating with product design engineering to ensure finish quality and manufacturability. It requires specialized technical depth in wet paint and powder coating processes, with initial travel to existing East Coast sites during the facility ramp-up phase.
