Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Assembly

Castelion is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, validate, and implement processes and tooling for mechanical assembly operations, including actuators, mechanisms, and structural sub-assemblies. The role involves hands-on work on the production floor, designing fixtures, releasing work instructions, training operators, and driving process validation from initial builds through full-rate production. The ideal candidate will own the process end-to-end, from concept through qualification and troubleshooting.
