Oshkosh Defense
The Manufacturing Engineer will serve as a dedicated resource for Continuous Improvement initiatives at the Jefferson City, TN facility, leading and supporting projects to optimize manufacturing processes, eliminate waste, and improve operational performance. The role partners closely with production supervisors and manufacturing engineering teams to execute improvement events, implement facility standards, and drive sustainable improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
