Manufacturing Engineer

This role serves as the link between design engineering and the production floor, responsible for developing, implementing, and improving factory processes to support new product introductions and existing product changes. The position focuses on maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and maximizing throughput within a heavy mobile equipment manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure ISO compliance while working under the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
