Manufacturing Engineer

This role serves as the link between design engineering and the production floor, responsible for developing, implementing, and improving factory processes to support new product introductions and existing product changes. The position focuses on maintaining production capability, improving quality, reducing costs, enhancing safety, and maximizing throughput within a heavy mobile equipment manufacturing environment. It involves leading lean manufacturing initiatives, troubleshooting production issues, and managing the integration of new products into existing assembly lines.
