Manufacturing Engineer

This role focuses on developing and sustaining assembly and test processes for 1X's flagship humanoid robotic hands, transforming prototypes into scalable, high-yield production. The position requires hands-on process building, data-driven analysis, and structured problem-solving to improve yield, reduce variation, and drive root cause resolution. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end process development from concept through qualified production, ensuring quality and efficiency at scale.
