Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer serves as the primary link between product design and the production floor, owning the processes, tooling, and documentation required to turn product designs into repeatable, cost-effective manufactured output. This role covers the full product lifecycle, from building and validating prototypes to developing manufacturing processes for new products and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves implementing APQP discipline, managing engineering changes, and leading cost reduction efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
