The Manufacturing Engineer supports the optimization, improvement, and scalability of composite aerospace manufacturing operations by evaluating production processes and implementing improvements across fabrication, assembly, and inspection. This role partners with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturability, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality and regulatory standards. The position focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and cost performance through continuous improvement methodologies and technical guidance.

Responsibilities

Optimize composite aerospace manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for production defects
Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions and process specifications
