Manufacturing Engineer

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer establishes and sustains foundational manufacturing engineering systems to support efficient, scalable, and high-quality production in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role leads the development and implementation of Bills of Materials, routings, standard work, and ERP integration to ensure manufacturing readiness and process stability. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, standardize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes while supporting new product introduction and driving operational excellence.
