GE Aerospace
The Manufacturing Engineering Development Program (MEDP) is a 2-year development program focused on accelerating technical expertise across the supply chain through hands-on manufacturing engineering assignments. Participants will gain experience through a mix of on-the-job training and classroom education to build a foundation of technical and leadership skills. Upon completion, engineers will be prepared for promotional opportunities to advance within GE Aerospace.
GE Aerospace designs, manufactures, and supports aircraft propulsion systems, integrated avionics, and aerospace components for commercial, military, business, and general aviation customers worldwide. Beyond core engines (including programs developed with partners such as CFM International), the company provides aftermarket services, maintenance and repair, digital monitoring and analytics, and lifecycle support. It also invests in advanced manufacturing, electrification, sustainable aviation fuels, and other technologies to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and modernize aerospace and defense operations.
