Manufacturing Engineering Intern

This role involves collaborating with the Manufacturing Engineer to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, including the design and documentation of production aids, jigs, and fixtures. The position requires analyzing workforce utilization, researching manufacturing trends, and facilitating Lean Manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous improvement. The intern will also assist with maintenance, upgrades, and capital improvement requests while ensuring adherence to quality control and safety standards.
