Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Production

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager – Production oversees all production-facing engineering systems, standards, and data for custom metal manufacturing operations. This role translates designs into 3D models, manufacturing methods, routings, and CNC programs within Epicor ERP to ensure accurate costing, scheduling, and scalable production. The position partners closely with Operations and the Plant Superintendent to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
