About this role

The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor leads a team of engineers and technicians to support the production of electrophysiology catheters in a regulated medical device environment. This role drives daily engineering support, process stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality products. Responsibilities include overseeing process ownership, validations, change control, and collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians
Oversee process ownership, documentation, and validation activities
Drive continuous improvement and automation projects for production
Analyze process data to improve performance and reduce variation
Ensure engineering activities comply with FDA and ISO regulations

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering5+ years in manufacturing engineeringExperience in medical devices or regulated industryLeadership capability as team lead or supervisor
