Manufacturing Engineering Technician

This role provides essential floor support and troubleshooting for equipment issues within a manufacturing environment to ensure accurate documentation and smooth production operations. The Manufacturing Engineering Technician identifies root causes of equipment problems, resolves issues independently or escalates to Subject Matter Experts, and collaborates with production teams to develop and modify standard operating procedures. Serving as a critical technical resource, the position minimizes downtime and maintains efficient manufacturing processes through technical leadership and documentation.
