About this role

The Manufacturing Equipment Engineer II will be responsible for transitioning newly developed Laser Powder Bed Fusion production equipment from qualification to high‑volume manufacturing, ensuring equipment stability, reliability, and performance. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues, driving equipment improvements, and supporting capital equipment installation and commissioning across multiple factories.

Responsibilities

Support transition of new production equipment from qualification to manufacturing
Drive improvements in equipment reliability, throughput, and overall equipment effectiveness
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, and process issues and lead root cause investigations
