Manufacturing Estimating and Precon Manager

BLOX is seeking a strategic and results-driven Estimating and Preconstruction Manager to lead all preconstruction efforts across assigned programs. This role is responsible for pricing strategy, cost estimating, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate, competitive, and scalable project delivery within the DMC system. The position involves managing and mentoring estimating staff, developing pricing strategies, and leading subcontractor outreach and bid coordination.
