Manufacturing Excellence Engineer

The Manufacturing Excellence Engineer leads manufacturing engineering activities with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable, scalable, and capable production processes for power electronics and related products. This role supports the full product lifecycle from prototype and pilot builds through production ramp and continuous improvement by developing assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, testing methods, and manufacturing documentation. The position focuses on improving first pass yield, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing factory productivity while supporting new product introduction and process validation.
