Manufacturing Excellence Leader

The Manufacturing Excellence Leader supports operational excellence initiatives by driving divisional and plant KPIs and leading projects to optimize staff, systems, and site operations. This role provides leadership in implementing and sustaining corporate lean initiatives and 5S goals while facilitating continuous improvement programs and management reviews. The position involves collaborating with department managers to enhance information sharing, problem-solving, and new product introductions to achieve performance and financial objectives.
