About this role

The Manufacturing Systems Specialist at Hermeus serves as the in-house expert for the Manufacturo MES and its connections to ERP, PLM, and data warehouse systems. The role focuses on keeping manufacturing systems intuitive, reliable, and aligned with real production behaviors as Hermeus scales to repeatable production. This position is highly user-facing, working closely with technicians and cross-functional teams to mature digital manufacturing workflows. The specialist also supports the broader digital thread by helping ensure consistent data flow and system behavior across tools.
