PMI - Production and Manufacturing Institute | students
This is a 24-month cross-functional graduate program at Philip Morris International designed for recent university graduates with a maximum of two years of experience. Participants will rotate through various teams, gaining hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, and product distribution while developing leadership and problem-solving skills through a supportive mentorship framework.
