About this role

The Manufacturing Industrialization Engineer will support startup and ramp-to-production activities for new facilities and centers of excellence, focusing on hands-on engineering to enable LRIP and full-rate production. The role supports validation, pilot runs, operator training, and integration of digital manufacturing systems while ensuring yield and quality targets. The position requires collaboration across manufacturing, design, quality, supply chain, and operations to stabilize and scale production.
