Manufacturing Launch Project Manager (Electronics Assembly)

We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to lead the end-to-end launch of a new U.S.-based manufacturing and operational facility focused on low-volume electronics assembly and hardware integration. This foundational role involves building operational infrastructure from the ground up and serving as the central coordination point between internal teams, external vendors, and Ukrainian partners across both the U.S. and Ukraine. The position requires a strong builder mindset to manage facility setup, administrative compliance, budget tracking, and early team formation within a fast-moving startup environment.
