Manufacturing Lead

The Manufacturing Lead provides frontline supervision to production operators, ensuring safe and effective daily operations through workflow coordination, adherence to standard work, operator training support, and timely escalation of equipment, process, and quality concerns. This role involves leading daily production activities, assigning work, monitoring workflow, and ensuring labor, materials, and line readiness support the daily production schedule. The position also requires reinforcing adherence to safety procedures, quality requirements, and production documentation practices while providing first-line troubleshooting support for production and equipment issues.
