Manufacturing Lead

This role involves coordinating and directing the daily activities of hourly manufacturing associates to ensure production lines meet customer specifications and schedules. The position requires identifying and resolving production delays, addressing inefficiencies, and providing training to new team members. It also includes communicating safety and quality issues to management and maintaining housekeeping standards within the manufacturing area.
