Manufacturing Lead

The Manufacturing Lead reports to the Manufacturing Manager and plays a key role in shaping the plant’s vision by building a high-performing team and fostering a strong, safety-focused culture. The role involves executing manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards and GMP guidelines, and driving measurable improvements in performance through data-driven KPIs and operational efficiency. Collaboration with the Maintenance Team supports automation initiatives and preventative maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and reliable production operations.
