Manufacturing Manager

This role manages multiple functional areas of manufacturing, including machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging. The position is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition or disciplinary actions. The role requires experience in aircraft assembly techniques, quality standards, and developing process corrections within quality expectations. Candidates should possess strong presentation skills, the ability to manage and coach teams, and experience with business metrics and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
