Manufacturing Operations Leader

The role leads day-to-day manufacturing operations for Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business unit, ensuring safe, efficient production and high-quality products while driving plant performance against key operational KPIs, budget targets, and project milestones. The leader also develops and mentors plant personnel, champions continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.
