Manufacturing Operations Manager

The position involves leading production teams, optimizing processes, managing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer expectations and organizational goals. It requires championing a safety-first culture, owning operational KPIs, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards. The role also includes leading, coaching, and developing supervisors, line leaders, and staff to drive operational excellence.
