Manufacturing Operations Manager

This role is responsible for owning manufacturing operations profitability and spearheading the factory site to support company and business development. The position focuses on optimizing the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to deliver operational excellence and maximize productivity. It involves driving functional departments to ensure on-time shipments and quality products while managing continuous improvement programs. The role also includes development engineering on New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
