Manufacturing Operations Manager

This role involves managing a bench of plant managers across multiple manufacturing sites to set and maintain production, quality, and safety standards. The position requires owning end-to-end plant logistics, including inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping, while collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will build and develop the manufacturing organization, hiring plant managers as new sites come online to ensure the fleet meets production targets and schedules.
