Manufacturing Operator, 2nd Shift (Onsite)

Entry-level manufacturing trainee position at Pratt & Whitney to train individuals with little or no machining or grinding background to become Certified Operators in an aerospace engine production facility. The role includes a 3-week training program followed by 4–8 weeks of on-the-job training to learn setup and operation of CNC/NC milling, grinding, and lathe equipment in a production environment. This is a 2nd-shift, onsite role focused on developing foundational aerospace manufacturing skills and operator certification.
