Manufacturing Operator, 2nd Shift (Onsite)

This is an entry-level manufacturing role at Pratt & Whitney designed to train individuals with little or no prior machining background. Employees will undergo extensive on-the-job and classroom instruction to operate NC milling and grinding machines for aircraft engine production. The position offers a structured path to becoming a Certified Operator within a high-tech aerospace facility.
