About this role

The one‑year Certified Apprenticeship Manufacturing Operator program at Pratt & Whitney North Berwick provides recent graduates of the Sanford Regional Technical Center or Biddeford Regional Center of Technology with comprehensive training and hands‑on experience in aerospace manufacturing processes. Apprentices work the first shift (7:00 am‑3:30 pm, Monday‑Friday) and receive a salary ranging from $17.30 to $30.10 per hour along with a full benefits package.
