Manufacturing Operator

This role involves operating and maintaining pad printing equipment, performing secondary operations such as assembly and welding, and ensuring product quality meets specifications. The position requires coaching and training employees, maintaining inventory, and identifying process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience with pad printing setup and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of ISO standards and blueprint reading.
