Manufacturing Process Engineer

This role involves independently planning, developing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components, including machining, welding, and heat treatment. The position requires providing responsive shop-floor engineering support, optimizing CNC machining strategies, and ensuring compliance with AS9100 and Nadcap requirements. The engineer will lead technical investigations, manage multiple projects, and mentor less-experienced personnel to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
