Manufacturing Process Engineer

This supervisory role leads a group of Manufacturing Process Engineers to design and implement new manufacturing processes, manage existing production operations, and coordinate value stream transformations. The position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations and business growth by providing necessary tooling, processes, and equipment while ensuring compliance with PQVC indicators. The role involves planning factory layouts, managing capital projects, and leading continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
