This role focuses on identifying and delivering manufacturing process improvements to reduce waste, improve material utilization, and lower material usage variance (MUV) at Hollister. The position utilizes data analytics, direct process observation, and industrial engineering methods to uncover opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions. The incumbent partners with cross-functional teams to enhance process capability, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
