About this role

The Manufacturing Process Technology Manager will lead technical oversight and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes, driving operational excellence, technology transfers, and process optimization. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role involves managing technical aspects of product transfers, leading investigations and improvement projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead technical oversight and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve equipment utilization and OEE
Manage technical aspects of product transfers and gap analyses
Lead technical investigations, root‑cause analyses, and change controls
Coach and develop technical personnel and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
