Manufacturing Project Leader

Eaton's Energy Solution and Services (ESS) group is seeking a bold Program Management leader to drive the next wave of transformation shaping our manufacturing footprint and operational capabilities. The role involves leading high-impact capital and manufacturing initiatives to expand capacity, strengthen operations, and position the business for continued growth. The Program Leader will drive complex programs across manufacturing processes, facilities, systems, equipment, and new product industrialization, partnering across plants and functions to deliver scalable solutions. The initial priority will be to serve as the on-site Project Leader for the Power Systems footprint transformation in Jonesville, SC.
