About this role

Alarm.com is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Quality Engineer to lead quality management programs from product development through sustaining operations. The role involves acting as the key interface between engineering teams and manufacturing partners to ensure products meet design intent and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing inspection procedures, managing supplier quality issues, and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead overall manufacturing quality management program and process development
Develop product-specific inspection, monitoring, and verification procedures
Review SCARs and 8Ds to drive continuous component and manufacturing quality improvement
Coordinate with Product Managers to analyze RMA claims and drive corrective resolutions
Validate manufacturing environments and production setups across all sites
