Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

The Manufacturing Supervisor leads daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity goals within the manufacturing department. This role directs and develops production employees, manages labor and machine capacity, and supports schedule adherence while removing production constraints. The position drives continuous improvement across assigned manufacturing areas and reports directly to the Plant Manager.
