About this role

AV is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineering/Program Lead to provide technical leadership for manufacturing engineering activities across multiple programs. This role serves as the technical lead responsible for factory value-stream analysis, capacity modeling, EVMS and CAM activities, and manufacturing capacity expansion initiatives. The position requires a strong manufacturing engineering background to evaluate factory performance, identify constraints, and develop scalable manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical lead for manufacturing engineering systems and capacity initiatives
Develop and maintain value-stream and capacity models to evaluate factory performance
Support EVMS, IMS, budgets, and CAM activities in partnership with Program Management

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
