Manufacturing Team Member

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team, responsible for setting up, running, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to produce powder coating products consistent with customer requirements. The role involves performing various manufacturing tasks, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and ensuring quality control of raw materials and finished goods. The position operates on a 3rd shift schedule and is eligible for performance-based bonuses and comprehensive health benefits.
