A Director of Manufacturing & Tech Ops – Utilities leads teams and oversees clean and black utility systems supporting regulated manufacturing operations within Project Farma. This role provides technical leadership for HVAC, water-for-injection, steam, and gas systems while ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices. The position involves strategic direction, engineering oversight, and partnering with quality and validation teams to drive operational efficiency and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee execution of work aligned to project and business objectives
Serve as system owner for assigned clean and black utility systems
Provide technical leadership and oversight for HVAC and utility systems
Lead conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering for new utility systems
Ensure utilities operate within defined regulatory safety and process limits
