About this role

A Manufacturing Technology Engineer at DuPont leads process development, industrialization, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure adhesive manufacturing processes are safe, scalable, and cost-effective. This role drives the commercialization and scale-up of new technologies, particularly for the Advanced Mobility and Electric Vehicle markets, while collaborating across Operations, R&D, and Quality functions.

Responsibilities

Lead scale-up activities from pilot through commercial production
Optimize process economics and reduce cost of poor quality
Provide technical evaluations of process technologies and equipment
Develop and maintain process standards and operating procedures
Partner with Operations and R&D to ensure production readiness
