Manufacturing Trainer

The Manufacturing Trainer builds production capability and ensures consistent training delivery to approved standards within the Avon Technologies business system. The role involves training new and existing operators on work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements using TWI Job Instruction methodology. This position supports sustainment efforts through hands-on coaching, competency validation, and continuous improvement audits on the production floor.
