This role leads daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and cost objectives while providing leadership and development support to supervisors and production teams. The position involves coordinating production priorities across departments, optimizing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational performance. It requires partnering with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve challenges, support new product introductions, and maintain a safe work environment. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in both English and Spanish.
