The Manuscript Editor I edits complex scholarly journal manuscripts in science and economics for style, grammar, and accuracy. The role involves implementing journal style using XML-based software, writing queries to authors, and managing manuscripts through the corrections and publication process. This position requires close collaboration with editing colleagues and various departments throughout the Press.
UC3P is the University of Chicago's student-run public policy podcast network, operating as a Harris Student Organization (HSO) and Registered Student Organization (RSO). It helps University of Chicago students turn their policy passions into published, professional podcasts covering topics from local Chicago politics to international affairs. All podcasts are entirely written, researched, produced, hosted, edited, and published by UC students.
