MAPS Lead

The MAPS Lead supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating personalized service plans and Virtual Community Resource Maps to help them achieve goals for independent living, employment, and community engagement. This role involves teaching technology skills, facilitating travel training, and connecting individuals with necessary resources and support networks. The position requires regular face-to-face and virtual meetings to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met within a three-year service plan.
