Marina Supervisor

The Marina Supervisor oversees safe, efficient, and guest‑focused operations of wet services and dock management at Hawks Cay Resort, coordinating dockhands and helpers to ensure smooth docking, fueling, maintenance, and housekeeping. The role also manages inventories, budgets, compliance with safety and regulatory procedures, and provides training and support for the marina team.
